PRICING AND DISCOUNTS: We normally charge $40 a painter for our stretched canvas private events. $45 a painter for weekend events. We offer the following discounts. DISCOUNTS LISTEN BELOW. You can discount the above prices by applying the discounts below. …

If you do not have at least 12 painters. There is a minimum charge of $400 for a party Monday through Friday and $450 for weekend parties. This will enable you to host a paint event for anywhere from 0 to 11 painters. Discounts do not reduce the minimum charge of a party for 12 painters or less.

Prices include a 12×16 stretched canvas painting session. Pre-sketched. Discounts do not reduce the minimum of charge.

** We can discount that by $5 a painter if one person is making the payment and we don’t have to collect payments individually from each painter.

** Additionally, I can discount it another $5 per painter if you have more than 20 painters.

** There is an additional 10% discount if the event starts prior to 12:00 noon.

*** If the event is more than 90 mi from Blackwater Missouri, there is a $40 surcharge for travel time.

WE ALSO OFFER …

** Acrylic pour sessions on 12×12 or 11×14 stretched canvas starting at $40 a canvas . $45 per painter on weekends.. The above discounts do apply.

** Wood products, wood signs, and specialty items. Wood products start at $50 a painter. Wood signs very with the size of the sign and run from $50 to $75 per painter. The above discounts do not apply.

** Paint your pet events … $50 per painter. The above discounts do not apply. There’s a $5 surcharge per painter for weekend events.)

We provide everything needed for the painting… We ask that you provide a well-lit room, with tables, chairs and a water source nearby. The sessions last around an hour and a half to two hours.

You get to choose the painting instructed to your party. We have a large gallery of paintings to choose from! Also, given enough time, we can create a specific painting for your event. There is a charge to create a new painting. We charge $40 to create a new painting for an event.

We require a down payment to reserve the time and date and the balance of the payment due at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event. The down payment is determined by the approximate number of painters you anticipate.

Paint the Town is not liable for any damage we do not cause directly. It is each painter’s responsibility to care for their paint and paint brushes. Our paint usually washes off most all hard services, but can be difficult to remove from cloth fabric and carpet. In our 11 years of offering private events at third party locations, we have never had an incident where paint was spilled.
